What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with the subject "URGENT" so we can correct it before shipping. If a package fails to be delivered due to an "insufficient address," unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your products have been shipped. Please note that tracking information can take 2-4 days to update, so please be patient.

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, but we work with logistics partners around the world to offer shipping to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with great price points.

Lost or stolen orders

Eva & Floré accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are later reported lost or stolen.
