Change of Mind
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
If you wish to change the size or variant before we process your order, please contact our support team via email at contact@evaflore.com within 12 hours.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As part of the return approval process, we may require clear photos of the product(s). These images are requested solely to identify the items, verify their condition, and ensure the return is processed correctly. Providing photos does not constitute acceptance of the goods.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Eva & Floré accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders confirmed as delivered by the courier and later reported as lost or stolen.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
